Making Sense of the Internet

Finding content on the web can be a huge issue due to the endless amounts of searchable pages provided by search engines, however FindTheBest has built an alternative by creating an unbiased, data driven source of customized comparisons.

FindTheBest, started by DoubleClick founder Kevin O’Connor, is a comparison engine researched and put together by actual people – and it’s a tech shopper’s dream tool.

With a constantly increasing database of over 750 comparisons that allow users to compare smartphones, tablets, and even AV receivers FindTheBest is helping users to find exactly what they are looking for. FindTheBest compiles data from experts and trusted resources to create accurately rated comparisons that then allow users to customize their results based on various filters.

In other words, FindTheBest has created a solution to the disorganization of the Internet.

While Google search leaves users attempting to find any shred of reliable information, and possibly even trusting a biased or inaccurate resource, FindTheBest gives them the ability to find comparisons created by people, without the bias of services that require payment for inclusion.

FindTheBest was founded in August 2010 in order to provide a database of reliable comparisons for its users. This idea has continued to be the drive behind our goal to provide users with the ability to find exactly what they are looking for.

If data based websites like Kayak can provide users with an unbiased source of all their options, then why not create an engine that provides the same information for all of life’s daily decisions? FindTheBest has done just that, and we are helping our users to make the most out of all their decisions.

FindTheBest has grown continually since its creation, with no signs of slowing down. Since FindTheBest’s launch, traffic has grown to over 100,000 unique visitors per day, and over 3 million unique visitors per month – or, a growth rate of 650 percent. The site continues to develop, as our researchers launch several new comparisons searches every week.

FindTheBest creates its comparisons based on information from several sources– Government and institutional databases, research from a team of analysts, sophisticated algorithms and user-generated data that’s verified prior to publication. All of these sources allow us to not only provide users with accurate information, but also to guarantee that it remains entirely unbiased.

Don’t switch from page to page in order compare two different products, or go through the hundreds of billions of pages attached to even the most simple of Google searches, when you can compare products from Digital Pianos to Digital Cameras side in detailed, user-friendly columns. FindTheBest is the Internet’s best resource for accurate and bias free comparisons.

  2. I think if people really understood how most search works they would look for more alternatives like this. At the very least they would be less inclined to only click on the first result returned by google.

  4. Fianlly something that brings some order to the chaos that is now the Internet! I took a look, and Find the best does look like they put a lot of work to it! It just doesn’t make sense to compare some stuff, such as hostels, located in different parts of the world.
