Good post! It is important to keep your employee happy. They are the ones who will work for you and help you achieve your goal. As the owner or manager of an organization, one should show them the way rather than trying to boss over them. Thanks for the tips. I have found that communication is one of the most important skills, yet can sometimes be the most difficult. Communicating a clear set of expectations for employees is one of the keys to productivity.
