Friday Flick Find: Khoda

This is the first video in my “Friday Flick Find”-series, where my goal is to post a great video every Friday. It can be any kind of video but it will be one that I in particular liked in the past week. This week I picked “Khoda”.

I like this video because it’s a great example of how something can be done, even though many people says it’s impossible. Also, the simple fact that 6000 paintings (imagine in your head how many that is!!!) were made just to produce a five minute movie. It’s really amazing.

The video description explains it pretty well, so here we go:

What if you watch a film and whenever you pause it, you face a painting? This idea inspired Reza Dolatabadi to make Khoda. Over 6000 paintings were painstakingly produced during two years to create a five minutes film that would meet high personal standards. Khoda is a psychological thriller; a student project which was seen as a ‘mission impossible’ by many people but eventually proved possible!
