  1. Another way to increase website conversion rates is by having a clear return policy. Most users are impressed with sites with good return policy and they are more likely to buy if you have one. Remember that a good return policy gives users plenty of time to return the product. 28 days is enough but 28 days from the date it was delivered is better.

  4. There are so many things to think about when it comes to conversion and I don’t think this article covers them all. It’s all about trial and error and requesting feedback from costumers.

  5. Attractive web design plays important role in website conversion rates because if design is not good then the customer immediately leave that webpage and because of that conversation rates go down. Putting catchy discount offers on the landing pages is also very good idea to increase conversion rates for business’s website.

  6. Hi Crystal,
you have good points of how to consider website conversion rates where basically all about staying relevant to your consumer market. The conversion thing seems a bit harder to quantify but I’m going to guess that clicking for more information could be considered a conversion as well. It is important in order to increase the conversion rates having links that are descriptive and what the visitor would want to continue reading. Besides, images on the website pages also help, since so many people are visual and a website can get very cold feeling.
