Apple March Event may unveil new iPad Pro, iPad mini, AirPods 3 and AirTags

If you’re an iPad fan, then better mark March 16 on your calendar for Apple’s highly anticipated March Event!

Apple may unveil at least three new devices in its upcoming March Event, according to various industry insiders.

The tech giant typically hosts an event in March to publicly introduce new hardware and services.

This time around, the highlight of the Apple March Event of course will be the 2021 iPad Pro series.

While the iPad Pro is expected to still sport its predecessor’s design, a more powerful variant of the A14 chipset will be added. Sources say that the 12.9-inch iPad Pro shall have improved screen visuals thanks to the new mini-LED technology, and it will also include the first 5G iPad. The tablets may also come with extra built-in magnets for new accessories. No further info on the iPad Pro 11-inch.

Fans of small tablets should watch out for the 2020 iPad mini, which may have undergone dramatic changes. Screen bezels might be shrunk significantly, therefore increasing the display size to more than 9 inches.

According to Jon Prosser, a tech analyst and avid Apple leaker with sources throughout the company and supply chain, AirTags, Apple’s take on Tile tracker and Galaxy SmartTag rival, may also be coming out in March. Supposedly, you will be able to attach an AirTag to a keychain, wallet or any item, and with the help of an iPhone, you will be able to easily locate the device if it ever gets misplaced.

Other than that, the AirPods 3 will also be unveiled. It could potentially have the current-generation AirPods Pro design but without active noise cancellation and a better battery life. It is predicted to be 20% cheaper than the current AirPods Pro at around $200.
