Apple often gets good grades for their customer service, both in Apple Stores and calls to their support, in the US. Support calls were recently examined by Vocal Laboratories by asking 1147 customers, once their support call was completed.
According to Vocal Laboratories, 50% of incoming support calls to Apple was “very satisfied”. Dell scores 46% and HP with 43%, in that category.
Only 18% felt they were unhappy with Apple. Almost 1/3 less than for Dell and HP.
When it came to solving issues, Apple did it 53% of the calls. Dell 45% and HP last with 39%.
