Wow, these lens prices may be even higher than Canon’s crazy prices.
This one is especially insane:
AF-S Nikkor 200mm f2 ED VR II ($5,929)
A 200mm fixed F2 for $6k! I mean, c’mon, how good could it be?!
I own the Canon 135mm F2 L which is arguably the sharpest lens they make and it’s like $700 used.
$6k. Wow!
I’m guessing it’s costing that much for a reason 🙂 It’s probably not Tamron build quality either…. but yeah, it’s a lot of money and I’m not gonna buy one anytime soon (=never).
Busting $6k on a camera in a time of recession… no way, I can see a storm brewing in my house.
Gotta agree those prices seem way out of hands…
