Time to Walk is an inspiring audio feature on Apple Watch for Fitness+ subscribers that takes people on a walk while hearing from some of the most famous people in the world.
In his Time to Walk episode, Prince William speaks about the importance of keeping mentally fit. He also shared a lighthearted moment when he was taken out of his comfort zone, the value of listening as a way to empower others, and something he experienced that led him to prioritize mental health.
Time to Walk allows people, as they go on about their walk, to listen to some of the world’s most interesting and influential people who share their stories, music and photos. Ranging from 25 to 40 minutes, each episode is recorded while the user walks outside or in places that are meaningful to them, and includes reflections on lessons learned, thoughts on purpose and gratitude, meaningful memories, though-provoking topics, and moments of levity.
