Windows 95 on the iPhone. No, seriously, it’s true!

I’m not really into Windows that much, except the ones you use in a house. But I understand there’s probably some users out there who’d love an iPhone but can’t stand the operating system. Well don’t you worry, weird people, cause Windows 95 is running on the iPhone – check out the video at the bottom of this post.

But, before you go digging up your original Windows 95 disks, you should probably note that Windows 95 on the iPhone is a really crappy experience, performance wise. The dev team behind this neat trick, iSoft team, is waiting for the iPhone 3GS to arrive and then they will try to get Windows XP running on it. That would be interesting. 1. LOL! That is pretty funny — who in their right mind would use this. On the contrary, I still have a Windows 95 somewhere in my basement. Good ol’ Windows 95.

  2. Wouldnt’t it be cool to try and install Windows 95 on your PC again, just to try it out and see how life would be, using only Windows 95 for a whole week? 🙂

  3. Haha, I’d give it a try, but I’m not even sure if mine will start up anymore! 😛

  4. Hello, i guess this is as good of a place as any to post and let you know. I went to subscribe to your RSS feed, and when i clicked it i got an error that said “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING” followed by other gibberish that scrolled off the screen. I had to force the page to stop loading because it locked up my browser. Cheers.

    • Hi Jude – thanks for stopping by and wanting to subscribe 🙂

I just tried to subscribe by using this link, as link to from the upper right corner: http://feeds.feedburner.com/techpatio – and it seems to work fine, the link opens up in my RSS reader. You can try to manually paste it into your reader, so if you don’t mind, please try again, and let me know if you still have problems, as well as what RSS reader software you are using.
