By looking at the picture to the right, you’d be forgiven to think that this thing is some fancy trivet, when it’s actually a real cellular mobile phone from Nokia.
This new funny looking phone is the 7705 Twist and comes with a QWERTY keyboard and a design that doesn’t look too ergonomic or practical.
The keyboard comes to light when rotating the below part of the phone 90 degrees.
The focus of Nokia 7705 Twist is on communication such as chatting and blogging.
Nokia 7705 Twist is a CDMA phone so this particular model is not expected to arrive in Europe anytime soon. Never, I hope, remember the Nokia 7380, 7600 and 3300 ….? *yikes*
Thought this kind of phone is not my thing, I could see people being really into it. It’s different, a square shape to the traditional rectangular shape, and since everyone seems to have a blackberry or an IPhone, I think people are going to want to go with something different.
Sure, there’s always somebody who just doesn’t want a phone that too many other people also owns – no matter how good it might be.
