1, The default Kindle Store on your iPad Kindle app is decided by your system language

As Amazon doesn’t only set up the US Kindle store, but in dozens of different countries. And many of them are even not in English. Of course they are selling the different books with different language.

For example, if you are a Chinese who had bought many books in US Kindle store, now Amazon enters China and opened Chinese Kindle Store, you may not be able to get the access to Amazon.cn on your Kindle app. As they are different Kindle Store in theory and you can’t buy books in Amazon.cn with US Amazon account.

What if you want to get the access to Amazon.cn and read Chinese books on your iPad Kindle app? You need to change your iPad’s system language to Simplified Chinese, then re-open the Kindle app, then you will be directed to Amazon.cn in the default book store in Kindle for iPad.

And you are not possible to gather the books from different country’s Kindle books within one Kindle app.

2, You can’t delete books from Kindle Archive on your iPad

On the home screen of Kindle app for iPad, you can tap and hold on the cover to active the delete option, but after deleting it, you can still see the item in “Archive” screen.

What if you want to clear it from the Archive?

You need to go to Amazon.com and “Manage Your Kindle” page, and find the item you want to delete. There is an “action” button on the right side, click it and choose “delete from library”, then you are not owning this book or document any more.

  3. I have found the easiest platform to use for people just starting out is Kindle. Now that they have upgraded to the new Kindle 8, formatting has got even easier. Most people really struggled with converting to mobi files.Kindle readers are becoming more ‘word’ friendly allowing people to format using tables and bullet points without having to convert to mobi files.
