Smartphones are a necessity these days. People are always looking for the next big thing in a smartphone. It can be anything from a camera, battery or speaker. lately a lot of the focus has shifted to camera of a phone. Whether we talk about selfies or simple photography, smartphones have started to cater to a variety of needs from a professional photographer to a simple photographer. The biggest problem that comes is when we are choosing a particular smartphone.

If you are someone who loves the freedom of android ecosystem and loves the customization then it is better if you get yourself an android smartphone like Google Pixel or Pixel 2. Both the phones sport a very unique look and have a dual tone look at the back which has been an upgrade to ensure battery clarity in the signals.The best part about pixel 2 is that despite having a single lens rear camera, the smartphone is able to click portrait pictures. Both the phones have a DxO score of above 95 which is really impressive when most of the phones are still struggling to get above the score of 90.

For people who are more inclined towards Apple, they have just launched the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus. Both the phones have really great cameras. The iPhone 8 has a single rear lens but an aperture size of f2.2 with 7 megapixel. It has a DxO score of above 90. When it comes to the elder brother, iPhone 8 Plus, it has a DxO score of above 12 megapixel. It was Apple which started the snapping of portrait mode pictures. Next up we have two very underrated phones that quicky making a mark in the smartphone industry for the incredible camera that they have. Starting with the HTC U11 which has a very innovative feature called the squeeze feature. It is generally used to trigger an action on the phone. The phone has a score of 90 which is really impressive. The Huawei’s Mate 10 pro is another phone that sports a dual rear lens. Both these phone have a great DxO score. It is upto you to realize and see which phone has features that cater to your needs.
