The newly redesigned Apple The Grove opened its doors Friday, November 19, at the highly popular shopping venue in Los Angeles.
Apple already had an Apple Store in The Grove shopping area for nearly 20 years, however this revamped store is in a new location.
To celebrate the relocation of Apple The Grove, Apple hosted a Q&A event the night before opening day with the cast of popular Apple TV+ show “Ted Lasso”, including Jason Sudeikis, Brendan Hunt, Brett Goldstein, Juno Temple and more.
Apple CEO Tim Cook also attended the event, and along with senior vice president of Retail + People Deirdre O’Brien and team members, they personally welcomed and interacted with the customers at the new Apple The Grove.
Situated in the heart of the open-air plaza, the brand new retail store is almost twice the size of the previous building. It was redesigned to become the newest gathering area for the Los Angeles community to learn more about Apple’s products and services, get support, and the chance to participate in free Today at Apple sessions or popular Photo Walks at The Grove.
Just in time for the holiday season, participants can grab this opportunity to familiarize themselves with the iPhone13 Pro features, including how to take gorgeous macro photos using the Ultra Wide camera, record video with Cinematic mode and how to shoot with all-new Photographic Styles. As the sun sets, users discover how to capture vibrant images even in low light thanks to Night mode.
The new store can be accessed by visitors from either the interior of The Grove or West Third Street, leading directly to a venue dedicated entirely to Apple Pickup.
