Apple features Apple Watch durability in new Hard Knocks ad

Apple has released a new Apple Watch ad to highlight the durability of the wearable device.

The tech giant has been rumored to launch a new rugged version of the Apple Watch for some time now, so it is quite interesting to see that Apple has created a video featuring the durability of their latest watch.

Entitled “Hard Knocks”, the 98-second ad shows various people from different walks of life wearing their Apple Watches. The Apple Watch endured very well in various scenarios including extreme sports, extreme weather conditions, getting submerged, and even getting subjected to very sticky situations. A child even dropped a watch into the toilet!

Music by Jack White named “Power of My Love” was used in the ad.

The Cupertino company described in the ad that the Apple Watch Series 7 is the “most durable Apple Watch ever”, all thanks to a new glass that has proven to be more resistant to cracks and scratches.

Apple launched the Apple Watch Series 7 in September 2021 with an Always-On Retina display, which became a hit to consumers.

It is currently the most durable Apple Watch ever built, with an even more crack-resistant front crystal. Only compatible with the iPhone, advanced features of the Apple Watch Series 7 allow users to measure their blood oxygen level, access mindfulness and sleep tracking apps, as well as take an ECG anytime! Health conscious users can also use the Apple Watch to track dozens of workouts including new tai chi and pilates.
