If ever I would want security cameras installed in my premises, I would want the ones that don’t attract attention to itself. I want the ones that can be hidden.

Very good reminder to find cameras which record video but no audio. It would be rotten luck to record evidence that then violates someone’s rights and becomes inadmissible, or even gets you arrested yourself!

Oh wow, I’ve thought about one of those for the back of my house. In my area, a lot of burglars ring the FRONT doorbell then run to the back and smash a window if no one answers. I’ve been divided on whether to get a real camera, which could really record someone – but if they see it, they’ll smash and grab that too… vs. getting a fake one and having stickers on the windows that say the place is being monitored by video cameras. 🙂

Well stated artical on home security cameras and I agree with many comment’s left on the visability of these systems. One should concider, having someone from a company dealing in these systems to come out and do a inspection of their home prior to buying any system to see which system would best fit one’s needs. But by far the hidden systems are the better and least detected by theifs.

Spy cameras are a great idea for a range of different applications, from protecting your home, to catching someone at home doing something that they shouldn’t be!
