Today Nokia announced their X-Series Music phones at Nokia World 2009 event in Stuttgart, Germany.
As expected, the new Nokia N900 smartphone were introduced, but other than that, not a lot of breaking news to report.
There was however room for a couple of music related news. Nokia X6 and Nokia X3 are the newest addition to the Nokia lineup of music phones.
X6 comes with 32 gigabytes of memory, a 3.2″ screen and supposedly it has up to 16 days of standby time – or music playback of 35 hours before the battery runs out. X6 also supports the use of social networks such as Facebook, and there is a five megapixel camera built-in.
X3 is the little brother. It has less memory (max. 16 GB), the screen is 2.2″ and the camera has 3.2 megapixels.
Both the X6 and X3 should be on the market in the fourth quarter of 2009.
Some countries are not likely to get these phones on the market, as they are sold with an advanced music service – which is not available worldwide.
I like to keep updated with the latest phones, and am a big fan of nokia. 16GB is a good storage space in a phone and it was needed to keep on the tail of iPhone
Cheers,
Ryan

Yes Ryan, but they both went into the SPAM queue, I think because of your name, “Webmaster Forum” – better to put name in the name field.
x6 and x3 were duds. They didn’t generate any buzz and now they’re just remnants in a generic, lacklustre mobile market. Good riddance.
