IPVanish has today launched 2 new VPN servers, one in Seoul, South Korea, as well as one in Dusseldorf, Germany. As with all existing IPVanish servers, the Seoul and Dusseldorf servers plug directly into IPVanish’s tier-1 VPN network, support OpenVPN, L2TP and PPTP connectivity, and come at no added cost to new and existing customers.

This announcement comes just weeks after IPVanish released both its Hong Kong server and Mac VPN client. The IPVanish Mac client comes with a full lineup of features like auto-connect customization, unlimited IP address switching by city, country and/or server response time, unlimited protocol switching (OpenVPN, L2TP, PPTP), and a full user preferences menu. A free copy of the Mac client can be found on the IPVanish VPN software page. For OS X 10.6 or below Mac users, the current custom Tunnelblick setup is still available to help connect using OpenVPN.
Today, the IPVanish VPN network, now the fastest in North America and Europe (and now expanding into Asia), spans 56+ servers in 21 countries.
IPVanish is TechPatio’s favorite VPN services and we rely heavily on it to stream certain sport events as well as watching Netflix and listening to Pandora from outside USA 🙂
