It is no wonder that the PS3 console has achieved such high sales this season. The reason for that is the remarkable amount of interesting games being released for this console. Best New Playstation 3 Games
– Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Aside from the silly sounding title, this game is actually one of the best action games to arrive on the market in February 2013. The game is the latest installment in the Metal Gear series, but unlike the typical stealth game play of the series, it has more focus on chopping things with your sword, while playing Raiden instead of one of the “snakes”
– Bio Shock Infinite. This title has been long awaited not only for the PS3, but for the PC as well. For once, both console and PC gamers agree that Bio Shock Infinite is a thrilling title. Using the concepts of the previous Bio Shock, Infinite provides us with a different dystopian background – this time in the sky instead of the sea. The game is as thrilling (or perhaps even more) than its exciting trailer that got gamers all worked up and willing to buy the game.
– Tomb Raider. A remastered version of the old time classic, this title rocked the gaming world in February. With exciting new looks that would make any gamer want to really stare at Lara throughout the whole game, this remake really managed to do what other versions of the game couldn’t handle – combat. This is the first time when combat in the Tomb Raider series has been made fun and exciting. This title is admired by both old and new fans.
Upcoming Playstation 3 Game
– Grand Theft Auto 5. Developers from Rock star studios have promised us a lot of fun for September 2013, when another sequel of the GTA series is expected to appear in the game stores. The title, which is not for the younger audience, allow us to traverse the city of Los Santos in another interesting story about organized crime. Aside from the story, we’re looking forward to the open world freedom we’ve seen in the other parts of the series.
– Beyond: Two Souls. From the makers of the game Heavy Rain, we’re presented with another opportunity to play an intriguing and fascinating psychological thriller, with a Hollywood cast. This is the type of game that allows us to really see how art forms merge and interact – in this case cinema and gaming. The title is expected in October 8, 2013.
– Dead pool. This game will be a third person action shooter, featuring the famous Marvel bad boy superhero- Dead pool. The exciting mix of action and craziness is expected to appear for PS3 on the 25th of June, 2013
Hopefully there will be even more exciting titles to look forward to in the near future, but until that moment comes, we still have plenty of interesting games to try out. It looks like 2013 will be an interesting year for gaming.
