Friday Flick Find: IBM 305 RAMAC – 1956 Promo Video

Sometimes it can be a good idea to take a step back in time and see how things were done back then – also when it comes to technology, but mostly because it’s interesting to see how things used to work. The IBM 305 RAMAC might not be an iPhone killer (or is it?), but I’m sure it was extremely advanced back in 1956.

Here’s a promotional video from ’56 where IBM shows you what the 305 RAMAC can do. Notice how “much” storage capacity it has 🙂
