Here’s a look at some of the great moments in the past during Steve Jobs’ keynotes.
We begin in 1984 where Steve Jobs demonstrates the Apple Macintosh computer in front of 3000 people:
Then we’ll jump ahead till 1998 where Steve takes the stage to introduce the first iMac:
In 2001, Steve once again takes the stage, this time to introduce the first generation iPods:
In 2007 the iPhone was born and shown to the world. “An iPod, a Phone, and an Internet communicator… these are not three separate devices, this is one device”:
Then in 2010, Steve gave us the iPad:
Finally, Steve’s last keynote (for now), in 2011, about iCloud:
I would say Steve Job is one of the best speakers in the world. He is someone who can speak without making anyone out there fall asleep. I watched one of the speech where he gave to some college graduates and it is interesting as well. He is not just brilliant in promoting own products, but more towards public speaking.
I have always admired the way Steve Jobs delivers the keynotes. Thank you for sharing those videos. I was a bit of a disappointment that Steve Jobs was not the launching iPhone 4s.
There’s no doubt that Apple is making outstanding gadgets. They take mobile industry to the next level. iCloud is a great app. I tried it myself and there’s no synching required. As a matter of fact, you don’t need to do anything in order to access your photos, music or contacts from one apple gadget to another. It’s really cool.
Steve Jobs is one person I really look up to in terms of success and passion. His work, words and determination is my inspiration. I wish him good health so he can deliver more of his great ideas to the world.
It is so sad that Steve Jobs have passed away already. I am sure that he would be a very good public speaker not just for his own products. But he won’t be forgotten. There will be no Apple Macintosh without Steve Jobs.
I my self consider Steve Jobs as a legendary person because of all the gadgets he invented and the way he delivered his speech is good you will actually listen to it.
Absolutely, Steve Jobs was the keynote master. He got better with time, but very early on you can see that he was quite The Showman.
Back in 1983, prior to the Macintosh release, Apple organised asSales event in Hawaii. There, Steve Jobs introduced the 1984 ad to the crowd in epic fashion. Steve also had a funny side. During the same event he introduced key Macintosh developers in a mock of the TV show ‘The Dating Game”. There you can see a young 20-something years old Bill Gates that looks like he’s 16 🙂
